Michelle has lived in Lafayette since 2025. She works at MLT, a national nonprofit that helps people from underrepresented backgrounds advance in their careers, where she leads work across people and operations. Prior to joining MLT, Michelle spent more than 20 years in retained executive search, advising organizations on senior leadership. Michelle has an adult son who lives in New York, and her partner’s two children attend Stanley Middle School and Acalanes High School. She received her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Washington.
